Important Information
HEALTH AND PERMISSION FORMS – Please have all required health forms completed through the appropriate school.
MEALS – All meals will be provided by the Roslyn Retreat Center, except dinner at Kings Dominion. If a special diet is required, please alert the Music Office before the start of Choir Camp.
SNACKS – In addition to meals, snacks will be provided to choristers each day. Choristers should NOT bring food items/candy etc. to camp. No food is allowed in the choristers’ rooms.
ELECTRONICS – Only 11 th and 12 th Grade students may bring electronics for communication and educational purposes. Electronics are not to be taken out of the rooms unless given permission by Faculty/Staff during side trips and/or Talent Show material. However, all choristers and parents will have access to communicate through staff devices.
SPECIAL EVENTS –
- Community service at Anna Julia Cooper School and Hilliard House
- Eucharist at All Saints Episcopal Church
- Kings Dominion
- Concert at River Road Baptist Church – Parents are welcome to attend concert on Monday, August 29 th at 7:00 PM
- Talent Show
SOCIAL MEDIA – Staff will post updates and pictures through the Chorister Facebook Page throughout the week.
